BOOKING: We do not take provisional bookings.  Your booking is confirmed only when your booking deposit (R 500) and booking form is received.

NUMBERS: Inaccurate information regarding no of children compromises your party.

Certain items are custom made for the theme & age of your party, please do not assume we will bring extra in case.  Catering is arranged in advance so final numbers must be confirmed 3 days before the party.

PAYMENT: Cash or   EFT .  EFT payments must be done on or before the day of the party & proof of payment provided.  Bookings not cancelled 2 weeks prior to party will forfeit deposit.
